Challenge
Nordea Private Banking's reporting system was perceived by its high-net-worth clients as messy, unclear, overly technical, and lacking the premium feel expected from such a service. Clients received portfolio reports on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, but the experience fell short of effectively communicating the value and quality of their investments. Our challenge was to reimagine this reporting process and create a unified experience across print and digital touchpoints that would meet the high expectations of Nordea's customers.

Approach
We developed a comprehensive vision for a reporting ecosystem that seamlessly connected paper reports with digital experiences. This new system aimed to enhance the reports' clarity and appeal while reinforcing Nordea's services' quality and premium nature.

Our process involved deep collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on the vision. We focused on crafting reports that were not only visually engaging but also structured to simplify complex information for customers. By incorporating intuitive design and clear communication, we created a reporting experience that would resonate with Nordea's discerning clientele.

As part of our deliverables, we produced a vision presentation and video, along with a strategic roadmap to guide Nordea's teams through implementing the new reporting ecosystem. We also developed an interactive prototype for the paper report, laying the foundation for future improvements across all reporting touchpoints.
